my brother just told me not to go to the parking lot at walmart at night or i’ll get raped.
it’s apparently a new trend this month here.
and his girlfriend told me to be careful at the avenue in front of our house. lots of robberies.
so i should probably just not leave my home anymore, right?
Walmart is serious business. They have security patrols that are supposed to roam the parking lots but they are paid minimum wage so why do they care?
No, here in Brazil they don’t. At least there isn’t any security guard scheme at the one close to my home.
The point is: it’s fucking awful to be told not to go somewhere because you’ll get raped.
